A workhorse in our dahlia patch, Hy Suntan blooms early and often. Its dusty orange hue has a coppery-pink undertone that shifts to a deeper bronze later in the season (similar to Cornel Bronze). Nice uniform growth habit with sturdy plants reaching just over three feet tall. Strong, straight stems beg to be cut. A favorite with the farmers' market crowd, and a definite top ten variety in our collection.
