We're on the hunt for passionate and hardworking individuals with an interest in sustainable flower farming to join on our crew.  Our diversified farm grows high-quality, sustainably-grown cut flowers for our popular CSA, our on-farm market and farmers markets, as well as wholesale accounts in Boston, Worcester, and surrounding communities. 2024 JOB Openings                                                 

  • Field / Production Manager: The Field Manager works closely with the Farm Owners to lead the field/production crew in the daily execution of farming activities. The Field Manager is a member of the Farm Leadership Team and will develop into a long-term upper-management role with the Farm. See the complete job description here

  • Field / Production Crew: The field/production crews’ daily primary responsibilities revolve around the growing, maintenance, and harvesting of flowers for sale to our three outlets (CSA, wholesale, and farmers markets/on-farm stand). Field / Production crew members need to work fast and efficiently in the field while paying close attention to detail and quality control. See the complete job description here.

  • PT/FT Seasonal Winter Help- Not sure you want to commit to a full growing season? We are looking for immediate help for many winter projects here on the farm, mainly dividing dahlia tubers in a greenhouse setting, transplanting/weeding high tunnel crops, weekend watering/harvest help, building projects, to name a few. Pay commiserate with experience, starting at $18/hr.
